• review and co-ordinate UAT, functionality test design and modify applications to meet users business needs.
• Respond to inquiries about software and hardware problems and ensuring efficient use of applications and equipment.
• Evaluate any new product trending in the end user computing, create a poc, document and present them.
• Application packaging using WISE, Install Shield, Flexera
• Application Virtualization / Sequencing using App-V
• Understand/assist in SCCM based Application deployment
• Desktop Image Design using MDT
• Rollout planning and Windows Migration
• Office Migration / Upgrade
• VBA coding / fixing of Office files
• Application Deployment using Altiris/SMS/SCCM
• Profiling the application using Citrix Xenapps
• Application Repackaging using Wise Packaging Studio/Install Shield/Flexera-AdminStudio
• Must be well educated on file security and permissions, Windows Registry, System Services
• Troubleshooting on Windows environment related to client about MSI package installation
• Good knowledge of Windows Installer and MSI Installation technology
Expected deliverables:-
• Able to create application packages to meet the client environment setup requirements.
• Able to assists SCCM team to troubleshoot the packaging installation issues.
• Able to perform 5 Complex packages per month.
Pay we can offer you 5000 RM (Malaysian ringgit) per month.
