Project Coordinator - Application Packaging(onsite)---Sydney - Hudson

WHAT DO WE WANT FROM YOU?

We are looking for a candidate with the ability to work to deadlines and changing priorities in a busy IT services environment. You will be able to prioritise and manage personal workloads whilst achieving both Fujitsu and customer objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience and knowledge in the following:

• Demonstrated skills and experience in an ITIL based environment with an understanding of principles and practices associated with Incident and Service Request fulfilment.
• Attention to detail in providing a high level of support to clients
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment.
• Proven ability to show initiative in work activities and complete tasks with little direction.
• High level organisational skills and ability to work effectively in a demanding environment under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to liaise and negotiate with a range of ICT resolver groups and other stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and perform desktop support roles as required in a high profile environment.

Experience in the following applications, technologies and products is highly desired;

-  System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) 2007/2012
-  System Centre Virtual Machine Manager (SCVMM)
-  Appsense
-  Citrix PVS, XenApp, XenDesktop
-  VMware ESXi/vSphere Client
-  Wise/Admin Studio/InstallShield
-  Visual Studio
-  Scripting (e.g. Powershell, Visual Basic)

Key Skills:

• 2+ years experience as a Service Manager/Project Coordinator
• Expertise in communicating clearly to both internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability in organising and planning to oversee specific project deliverables
• Experience acting as a single point of contact
