Minimum 4 + experience in management of a Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).

In-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Workstation Operating Systems (Ms Windows 7, Windows 8. 1), and the Microsoft Office 2010, 2013, 365 suite of applications.

Hands on experience in executing Incident, Problem and change management process

Should be able to Work in 24X7 support.

Should have good communication skills.
