Experience :- 2.1 to 10 Years
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) :-
Should have knowledge of SCCM Collections, advertisements, Packages, WQL Queries, SCCM patching. Good knowledge of Operation System Deployment or/and MDT/WDS. Experience in patch installation (manually) or with any tool like WSUS. Sound working knowledge on desktop management and SCCM client installation troubleshooting Process Skills To register, manage and coordinate, respond to incidents and to ensure that all requests are owned appropriately and to facilitate the restoration of normal operational service with minimal business impact.
Good Communication Skills.
