* Installation, Configuration & Management of SCCM 2007 and/or SMS 2003 infrastructure
* Software Distribution, Patch Management, Asset Management & Reporting
* Resolution of problem/request logs within contracted SLA targets and working with Help Desk Analysts to ensure users are regularly updated SO No.__________________
Required Skills:
* Experienced 2nd/3rd level support analyst (SMS 2003 / SCCM 2007)
* Experience in managing a Global SCCM2007/SMS 2003 infrastructure
* Software distribution, handling mass rollout and Troubleshooting
* Patch & Antivirus Management
* Hardware & Software Inventory
. Asset Management, Reporting * Active Directory, Group Policies
* Understanding of MSI Technology
* Effective communication skills in both verbal and written English
* Very Client focused with regards to service delivery
* Self-driven and able to work by yourself or within a team
* Good analytical and troubleshooting skills (the ability to think logically through a problem)
* Ability to prioritize.
* Must have the initiative, tenacity and commitment to see issues and problems through to resolution
* Good organizational, interpersonal and documentation skills
* Must be versatile and able to adjust to different target audiences Desired Skills:
* MCSE Certification in Windows 2000, 2003 or SCCM 2007/ SMS 2003 / 2.0/SCCM 2012
* Ability to plan and deploy SMS globally, knowledge of SMS infrastructure, Active Directory 2003 and recent experience with SMS 2003
* Experience in MSI Application Packaging using Install Shield.
* Experience in creating, maintaining & distributing desktop images
* An understanding of Remedy/EARS
