Skills & Experience
- Experience in successfully supporting mixed Windows based desktop operating systems including Windows 2003, XP, Vista, Windows 7 and emerging technologies
- Experience in application testing and support of hardware, software and networks for a large and complex organisation
- Experience in application packaging and deployment methodologies, using Admin Studio for distribution via SCCM
- Experience in planning and executing software and hardware roll-outs in a large organisation.
- Experience in undertaking successful communications with, and providing technical advice to, vendor organisations and mentoring, training and coaching a team of technical support personnel over dispersed locations.
Previous experience working in a similar role within a complex environment is required along with a can-do attitude, exceptional communication skills and high level customer service skills then we'd love to hear from you!
