Job Description	Specific Knowledge: (Skill / Languages etc.) MS Windows Operating Systems (Client and Server), MSI Technology WISE Package Studio Flexera AdminStudio MS System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM 2007) Analysis of error and failure situation / Troubleshooting with appropriate Tools (FileMon, RegMon, ProcessMon, Picture Taker, ) MS Windows Operating System Knowledge (Client and Server) Preferable with MCSE MS System Center Configuration Management Knowledge (SCCM) Preferable with MCSE Deep Knowledge of Packaging Systems like Wise, AdminStudio, InstallShield, Experience in creating MSI and MST packages; Troubleshooting Know How / Analysis of error and failure situation with the appropriate Tools Testing Knowledge of MSI Packages Experience in international Project Management Experience of large scale IT operations in a multinational company Usage of Ticket Systems ITIL Knowledge
