L2,L3 SCCM -- Pune location-- Permanent Position

SCCM 2012 - 

Good knowledge of SCCM product suites (SCCM Administrator Console, Remote tools, Software Distribution, Inventory, Software Metering, SCCM Server components and Operating System Deployment, MDT 2010, MDOP, Desired Configurations management), 

* Day-To-Day SCCM Activities / Troubleshooting / Managing / Maintaining

* Application packaging (Desirable)

* Knowledge on technologies like SCCM, SCOM, and DPM Etc.

* Basic understanding of MS Windows server administration (e.g. MS Windows Server 2003/2008, WSUS, WINS/DNS/DHCP servers, print servers, etc.) and Network Management. 

* Experience of creating reports using SCCM Reports / SQL Reports

* Experience in service support and delivery of standard/approved updates, software distribution, OS Builds and associated components

* Monthly reporting for Patching, Software Distribution, Build Management, etc using existing reports.

* Housekeeping tasks on SCCM

* Troubleshoot issues related to software delivery, patch management, inventory solution etc...

* Following the processes defined for Requests, Changes, Incidents and Project report around the SCCM estate
