* WSUS- Understanding of SUS policies, Testing and Implementation of critical, security and product based updates in production environment.
* SCCM- Basic knowledge of Configuration Manager.
* Laptop troubleshooting with hardware and familiarity with bitlocker [MBAM].
* Hands in skill in troubleshooting MacBook Pro.
