PATCHING & SOFTWARE DISTRIBUTION - SCCM L2 
Job Description 

• 5 years’ experience in desktop engineering 
• Background and experience in large distributed desktop estate 
• Knowledge and experience in SCCM 2007 or 2012. 
• Expertise and knowledge in Software distribution, Patch Management using SCCM. 
• Able to handle end to end desktop patching cycle 
• Should be able to do operating system deployment (OSD) 
• Should be able to create custom scripts for gathering the inventory from clients. 
• Should be able to handle test and release of applications and Patches using SCCM. 
• Should be able to install and configure proxy, transmitter server and deployment server. 
• Should be able generate custom reports using SQL queries. 
• Should be able to set various access controls on the SCCM console Managing the SCCM database and performance tuning 
• Compliance reporting on patching 
• Should be able to resolve the tasks escalated by L1 and L2 teams. 
• Experience in incident change and release management processes 
• Good to have – Team lead experience 
• Good to have – Certification in SCCM 
• Good to have - Skilled knowledge on MDT, Active directory and related components
