Senior Application Packager-Ashdown Consulting - Sydney NSW

Responsibilities:

Engaging with stakeholders, business solutions architects, service owners, domain architects, infrastructure architects and other technical and non-technical resources relating to application management, configuration, deployment and use
Deliver application packaging solutions
Provide thought leadership and technical leadership to projects & fellow packagers
Facilitation of end-to-end UAT engagement with the application owner / power user for testing and approval, including any re-work required
Facilitating remediation of application with developers and/or software vendors, where required
Facilitating the processes for using third party Application Packaging factory services to produce packages
Candidates should have:
Relevant Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience with at least 3 year’s experience as a senior application packaging specialist
Must have experience in Flexera AdminStudio
Strong knowledge of End User solutions and services relating to application integration and configuration
Proven expertise in producing application packaging solutions for End-User Computing services and infrastructure including Windows 7 and 8.1, XenApp and XenDesktop
SCCM 2012: administration, application management (promotion, distribution and deployment)
Expertise in producing application packaging solutions which integrate with Directory Services (AD and Novell) and Virtual Directory Services (VDS) in complex environments,
