Atos::: Hiring for Application Packager @ Pune Location

To create and QA Windows and Mac package independently as packaging engineer. Job will also involve troubleshooting packages and provide remediation if necessary

Job Requirements :- 

Ability to create Microsoft Installer (.msi) packages and Microsoft Transforms (.mst) using Acresso AdminStudio, software repositories, Orca, and VBScript
Experience deploying and testing highly complex installation packages for functionality, compliance, quality assurance, integration, and user acceptance
Skilled in performing QA after installation packages created by packager to verify that the MSI is operating correctly to install, uninstall, and repair an application, ensuring no DLL/registry conflicts or ICE errors in the MSI packages.
Software packaging experience (5+yrs) (Wise installer and/or Installshield)
Advanced Windows OS installation, configuration and troubleshooting
VB Scripting and Windows command-line technologies.
Thorough understanding of Windows and Mac platforms including User management, GPO, etc.
Solid understanding of ITIL V3 Change Management processes
Strong documentation skills

-: Mandate Skills :- 

• Application packaging: Admin studio, Orca, AppV 5.0, ThinApp, XenApp
• Scripting: Windows powershell, WSH scripting, VB Scripting.
• Analyzing, testing and engineering Application deployment with SCCM 2007 and SCCM 2012
• Advanced troubleshooting of application deployments and Roll outs, problem management for complex rollouts

Special skills / Certifications/Requirements if any: -

• Automation of SSR using Scripting

Good communication skills
