Skill: Application Packaging Expereinced
Job Description:
* Should have good experience in packaging using AppV 4.6 Sp1/Sp2
*Good knowledge of App V 5.0
*Expert in Windows Installer / MSI Technology / AppV
*Expert in Packaging tools like Flexera Install shield / Orca / Wise Package Studio
*Good Knowledge in SCCM Software deployment. (SCCM 2007 R2 or SCCM 2012 SP1)
*Basic knowledge of Active Directory.
*Extensive fault finding and troubleshooting experience in Win 7 and Win 10 - 32bit & 64 Bit.
*Very good in VBScript / PowerShell / batch script and App-V scripting
*Knowledge about complete Packaging and App-V Lifecycle.
*Good Communication and Technical
Documentation skills:
*Willing to Work in shifts
*Knowledge in Appsense Application Manager, Environment Manager and Personalization.
*Resolve Incidents and Packaging Request tickets for the desktop infrastructure, ensuring customers are kept informed of progress and dealt within the defined SLA's.
*Continually improve process, automation and Root Cause Analysis in order to reduce the overall volume of tickets into the team, against agreed KPI's.
*Maintain, test and adapt disaster recovery procedures, in conjunction with BCP/DR tests
Experience: 4 Yrs To 8 Yrs
Work Location: Trivandrum
