1. Experience in Application Packaging.
2. Good experience in application repackaging using AdminStudio.
3. Good knowledge in Windows Operating Systems and registry.
4. Creation or customization of MSI or Virtual Packages.
5. Perform technical analysis, remediation on incompatible applications and documentation.
6. Apply established Best practices, customer standards to the package.
7. Script writing (VB scripting) to meet the desired application behavior.
8. Resolve the conflicts in the MSI package (ICE errors) and between applications using conflict solver ( ACE errors)
9. Must be able to troubleshoot and fix complex packaging issues. 
10. Good knowledge in troubleshooting tools.
11. Coordinate with end user for requirement gathering and UAT coordination.
12. Must be able to work independently and as a team member.
13. Good knowledge and experience in software distribution using SCCM 2012.
14. Knowledge of create package in application Mode/package Mode.
15. Ability to create collections within SCCM 2012 environment.
16. Managing Software Deployments by Using Packages and Programs
17. Knowledge of Querying and Reporting Data in SCCM.
18. Creating and Deploying Applications. 
19. Troubleshooting and analysis of all deployment related issues.
