We are seeking a contractor for a 3-6 month engagement located in Sydney CBD. The following skills are essential to be successful

Required Technical Skills

• Extensive experience in the silent deployment of Application Software and troubleshooting methods
• Proven software deployment experience using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 2012
• Strong knowledge of Windows scripting technologies eg. VBScript, PowerShell, Batch, WMI Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver outcomes on time and to an agreed schedule
• Proven experience in trouble shooting application issues within a Windows Operating System environment
• General operational understanding in the Virtual Machine Technology, such as Microsoft Hyper-V Proven high level communication and clear documentation skills
• High level interpersonal, team and customer service skills
• Experience working in an ITIL compliant environment
• Experience in solving issues using a problem management framework
